In 1999, I lost 70 pounds. By November 29, 2009 I had gained back the 70 pounds I lost in 1999 along with a 55 pound bonus. Most of my major weight losses have been in years ending in 9. I hope to repeat this history of successful weight losses during 2009 / 2010. I am determined to loose 10+ pounds by the end of 2009, and an additional 140 pounds or so by the end of 2011.

I planned on starting a major weight loss on September 15, 2009, the day I recorded my highest weight only. Unfortunately, I only lost a pound (.8 to be exact) between September 15, 2009, and October 1, 2009. I certainly must do better than 1 pound in 15 days to loose the abundance of extra pounds I let become attached to me over the last 10 years or so.

I must start a major weight loss today. On February 1, 1999, I started a 70 pound weight loss. On October 1, 2009, I must start a 130+ weight loss if I want to get close to the weight I should be for my height, and age. A major task most definitely; however for both my overall life expectancy, and quality of life I must loose this excess weight, and this time, keep the weight off.
