Weight Loss Progress

In 1999, I lost 70 pounds. By November 29, 2009 I had gained back the 70 pounds I lost in 1999 along with a 55 pound bonus. Most of my major weight losses have been in years ending in 9. I hope to repeat this history of successful weight losses during 2009 / 2010. I am determined to loose 10+ pounds by the end of 2009, and an additional 140 pounds or so by the end of 2011.

Just finished a nice, traditional turkey dinner for Thanksgiving, and am now waiting for my movie to start at the Regal Fenway. Five months from tomorrow, I will turn 60. My goal was to loose weight by my 60th birthday, but I have unfortunately gained 3 pounds since returning from vacation. I want to loose 50 pounds by my 60th birthday. Fifty pounds is not an easy goal; however, it is certainly a realistic one.

I got back from vacation two months ago today, September 11. My main priority when I returned was to loose at least 100 pounds. I did give myself to October 1, 2006 to start. Unfortunately, I am the same weight today as I was on October 1, and three pounds heavier than I was on September 11. This has got to stop! If I don't start my weight reduction immediately, I probably never will. Also, if I don't start immediately, I will still be way too heavy for next year's vacation.

I will loose 15 pounds by December 31, 2006, and another 100+ pounds by December 31, 2007.
