In 1999, I lost 70 pounds. By January 1, 2009 I had gained back the 70 pounds I lost in 1999 along with a 32 pound bonus. Most of my major weight losses have been in years ending in 9. I hope to repeat this history of successful weight losses during 2009. I am determined to loose 102+ pounds by the end of 2009.

I have lost several pounds since my last post, but I should have lost much more. I have not been practicing weight loss eating behaviors. I will try to focus again on significant weight loss starting this Thursday, June 1, 2006.

I did loose 4 pounds since last Monday. Although pleased with the loss, I am sure some of the loss is just normal fluid fluctuation. I have cut back in my eating, but not to the extent I wanted. This week I have to focus, and totally return to the eating behaviors that worked so well for me in 1999.
