In 1999, I lost 70 pounds. By January 1, 2009 I had gained back the 70 pounds I lost in 1999 along with a 32 pound bonus. Most of my major weight losses have been in years ending in 9. I hope to repeat this history of successful weight losses during 2009. I am determined to loose 102+ pounds by the end of 2009.

I spent 28 weeks loosing 70 pounds in 1999 and the next 4 years regaining all the weight I lost plus a 20 pound bonus in 2004. On February 1, 2005, I will be 90 plus pounds heavier than I was in the summer of 1999. I am very frustrated by this weight gain and my lack of substantial action about loosing it. I have been planning to start loosing weight during all of 2004 and the beginning of 2005, but have only had multiple false starts, at least one false start a week. I had hoped to start 2005 with a major eating behavior modification, but so far, I am maintaining my old "bad" eating behaviors.

On Tuesday, February 1, 2005 (the sixth anniversary of the start of my 70 pound weight loss in 1999), I will return to the eating behavior modifications that resulted in the 70 pound weight loss in 1999. My immediate goal is to loose 100 pounds between February 1, 2005 and December 31, 2005.
