In 1999, I lost 70 pounds. By January 1, 2009 I had gained back the 70 pounds I lost in 1999 along with a 32 pound bonus. Most of my major weight losses have been in years ending in 9. I hope to repeat this history of successful weight losses during 2009. I am determined to loose 102+ pounds by the end of 2009.

Tomorrow is June 1, 2004. I have got to focus on loosing weight starting tomorrow. I must return to the eating behavior modifications that worked so well for me in 1999 (lost 70 pounds). Again, my goal is to loose 60 pounds between June 1, 2004 and December 31, 2004 and another 60 pounds in 2005.

I haven't posted to this weight loss blog because I haven't lost any significant weight. I will be retiring the end of June; however, I do not want to wait until I retire to start loosing weight. Starting Tuesday, June 1, 2004, I will return to the eating behavior modifications that worked so well for me in 1999 (lost 70 pounds). My goal is to loose 120 pounds over a two year period. I want to loose a lot of weight, but I do not wish to loose it too quickly. I saw Super Size Me tonight at the movie theater. Although I had already made up my mind to start loosing weight June 1 before I saw the movie, maybe seeing the movie will give me extra incentive.

I really have to start loosing weight. NO MORE FOOLING AROUND. I will be retiring the end of next month and want to start loosing weight before I retire. After I retire, I want to continue loosing the weight until I loose 100+ pounds. I will be retiring June 30, 6 weeks from Wednesday. Wednesday, May 19, 2004 will be a good day to start my return to the eating behavior modifications that worked so well for me in 1999.
