I am 98% sure I will be retiring on June 30, 2004, the last day to qualify for the retirement incentive of an extra 5 years added to your age or years of service. Update - I did take the retirement on June 30, 2004. This will be my second retirement. I retired in November 1992, again taking advantage of a retirement incentive. This retirement will be different; I will be 57 and the do not anticipate being employed full time again.
